What is an MCP server?
It is a permissioned interface that lets an AI client discover and use selected data or actions in another system. The value is not in the protocol itself but in the permissions, logging and business workflow built around it.
Can an AI bot work in WhatsApp?
Yes, subject to the selected WhatsApp Business platform, templates and approval rules. A first project should focus on a limited workflow rather than attempting to replace all customer communication.
Can company documents stay private?
Access can be restricted to named sources and users. The architecture may use cloud services or, for selected workloads, locally hosted components. Controls are selected for the sensitivity of the data and applicable requirements, including UAE PDPL where relevant.
Do you implement large AI platforms?
The current focus is small and medium-sized integrations with a clear business owner and measurable outcome. For larger development work, I remain accountable and bring in specialist developers.
